A Bit About Us
K&L Construction has been in business for nearly 25 years. During this time we have built strong relationships with many subcontractors and suppliers in Southwestern Ontario. We pride ourselves on our reputation for honesty integrity and for both the quality of our personnel and the quality of our work.
The interests of our clients are most important. The success of our company depends on maintaining a satisfied client. This is achieved by delivering the highest level of quality and service.
Our reputation as a quality contractor is vital. Clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and employees will be treated with our consistently high standard of integrity and dependability.
Our employees are our most important asset. We provide the opportunities, training and the work environment to support continual growth and help them achieve their goals.
Our office facilities are staffed by estimators, project managers and administrative support. The field personnel include eight full time project superintendents and approximately fifteen tradesmen that fluctuate as our work volume changes. All of our superintendents are Gold Seal Certified by the Canadian Construction Association. The majority of our staff has been with the company 18 years or more and has been instrumental in achieving our goals of construction safety and total dedication to the needs of our clients and business associates.
We shall continue to deliver the quality service in the business we know best and will continually access new business opportunities that are within the strategies of our company.
